About Us!
We are Barry and Enid Last who,
after searching for two years to find and purchase a
property in the Dordogne, moved here in July 2005 and are
enjoying the experience tremendously.
We chose the Dordogne region because it is so very lush and green all
year round, even during hot spells and of course is famous for the masses of sunflowers during July.
Additionally, the temperature during
May, June and September is usually between 20 and 30 degrees
and during July and August between 25 and 35, although it is
far from unusual to reach over 40 degrees Centigrade and for
this reason both rooms are supplied with cooling fans.
